Later I attempted to create a repair disc from the family Windows 7 pro laptop, which was created successfully but did not solve the issue. Realizing that the computer was in a state which was unfixable, I asked the same sibling who could get instant legit Windows Operating Systems from an old IT friend, because they work with cyber security and IT.
